I came home from a long day of teaching to find water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen. Did I mention I was going out of town for two weeks in 36 hours? I was a bit panicked, since it was 7pm and who is going to answer their phone at 7pm?

I called J. Smegal Roofing thinking I would just leave a message and hope for a callback. But Jason answered! He diagnosed the problem on the phone (ice dam), and agreed to come out at 7:30am the next morning. He took a look at the problem inside and out and told me what I needed to do, and that the leak was small and not to worry.

I was thankful and offered to pay for the service call, but he refused.

I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He’s young and ambitious - you won’t be disappointed!
