These homeowners called us with a concern about proper ventilation in their attic. Our crew worked hard to put in a new ridge went system, which ended up helping with moisture build up in their home!

What a project this one was! This roof was not in good shape at all when we got called out to it. The home had an array of layers to be removed before we could begin. With up to 4 layers in some areas, we removed old slate, shingle and shake layers, getting down to the base. With the back porch pulling away from the home, and the roof having two open and exposed areas from chimneys being removed, we were ready to jump in and get this property protected again!

The crew performed some rafter repair to ensure the porch roofs were structurally sound before installing all new decking. We installed a full Klaus Roofing System, transforming this property entirely! 

Occasional leaks can lead to bigger issues. These homeowners didn't want to continuously pay for their roof to be patched every so many months. They were so excited for their new leak-free roof to be installed!
